Note: This position is for high-achievers with prior industry experience only. We operate a lean, fast-paced firm where our primary focus is directly serving our clients. If the terms 1035 exchange, ACAT, RMD, 60-day rollover, or APS are unfamiliar to you, this role is not a fit. We need an Integrator who can immediately log into Redtail, look at a pending transfer, and know exactly how to process it without needing a teacher. This is not an entry-level role; you must have prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance.
We’re looking for someone who loves directly reassuring clients/prospects and wants to own the client experience from first call to follow‑up. If you want to be a central part of a small team doing meaningful work for real people, we’d love to talk.

What success looks like after 90 days:
You’re answering 90%+ of calls/VMs within SLA (meaning zero fires escalate to Todd’s desk).
Every pending client is updated weekly, with all activity clearly logged in our Redtail CRM.
Todd shows up to meetings knowing who he’s meeting, why, and with 100% completed materials in hand 24 hours in advance.

Todd has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Birmingham-Southern College. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and carries the Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations. He holds life and annuities licenses, and is a National Social Security Advisor (NSSA) certificate holder and has earned the Certified Tax Specialist (CTS) designation.
Todd married his wife, Tiffany, in 1998, while he was still in college. They have an 13-year-old son, Tucker. Todd and Tucker enjoy camping and throwing the football together. Todd also enjoys running, cycling, and learning chess. Family bonding between the three often occurs at church or on a tennis court.
